The terms behind both readings, in plain English. We set the key points out again at checkout and ask you to confirm them.
Paid in full online before your report is written. Before it has been delivered, you can cancel for a full refund, no reason needed.
At checkout we ask you to confirm you would like us to start straight away, which means the 14-day cancellation right ends once the report is delivered. If it does not match what you told us, tell us where, and a second doctor licensed in China will review and rewrite it. If you are still not happy after that rewrite, we refund you, as long as you let us know within 14 days of the report arriving. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The fee is £850, paid in full before the reading begins. Because this is bought at a distance, you have 14 days to cancel for a full refund, unless you have asked us to begin sooner and the reading has already been delivered, in which case that right ends on delivery.
If you go on to be seen in person, the £850 is credited in full against the cost of that work. Taken on its own, it is not refundable once the reading has been delivered.
You are paying for one practitioner's examination and her written account of it. No outcome is promised, by us or by her. Nothing on this site is a promise that pain, or anything else, will improve, and no result is guaranteed by taking a reading or by being seen in person afterwards. If sessions in person are indicated, the report gives her estimate of how many days and what they would cost; it does not say what they will achieve, and neither do we.
Photographs of your face and details of your health are sensitive personal data under UK law. They are used only to produce your reading or report, shared only with the person who writes it, and never published, used in marketing or shown as an example, including with faces obscured.
Your intake and photographs are collected through our form provider and stored on its servers in the United States. To be read, they have to reach the practitioner or physician in China. They are sent as a link that we withdraw afterwards rather than as an attachment, so the copy they work from does not sit in anyone's inbox. You are asked to agree to that transfer separately before you start, because China is not covered by a UK adequacy decision and your rights over the data are harder to enforce there than they are here.
We keep your intake, your photographs and your reading or report for three years, so that a later one can be compared against your own history rather than started from nothing, and so that we can answer any question about something you have paid for. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time, and we confirm in writing once it is done. Records of your payment are kept for six years, because tax law requires it.
If you join our mailing list, your name and email address stay on it until you unsubscribe. That is separate from all of this and never includes anything about your health.
Ask us anything about payment, cancellation or your data, and a real person will answer.
